The Student Leadership Conference Co-chairs (Jenny Robledo, Jenny Amaro, and Martina Granados) would like to extend an invitation and encourage YOU to get involved and be part of the SLC Committee (before all details are finalized for our SLC event taking place on Friday,April 25th at Fresno State!). We want to give those of you that may be interested the opportunity to participate with the planning and make sure that all students/programs and expectations are being represented and met.
If you want to join the SLC Committee, simply contact one of the Co-chairs (phone or email) letting them know you are interested (do thisbefore February 7th). If you have any questions, Co-chairs can provide you with more information and details regarding future meetings and duties.

The Student Leadership Conference provides the students of the Central California Chapter an opportunity to develop leadership skills, enhance their personal development as student leaders, and network with other TRiO students and staff. This past year, participants met at College of the Sequoias where they were able to build their leadership skills.
Resources and topics in the following areas were included: financial & economic literacy, pre-college services, post-secondary education, college admission, graduate programs, academic advising, exposure to STEM, tutoring resources, mentorship, retention and graduation.
